About This Role
Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications. This role requires hands-on involvement in daily site operations and coordination with contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities
- Review and verify contractor work quality
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Maintain daily site logs and progress reports
- Coordinate with design team on technical queries
- Monitor site safety and HSE compliance
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with contractors
- Review material submittals and shop drawings
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years of site supervision experience
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong understanding of contract documents
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation
- Valid UAE driving license
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-rise construction
- NEBOSH or OSHA certification
- Knowledge of Procore or similar software
- Arabic language skills
