Navigate the complex landscape of UAE building approvals, coordinating submissions to municipalities and civil defense across multiple emirates. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth project approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit drawings to municipalities
- Coordinate with Sharjah Municipality, DM, and other authorities
- Track approval status and respond to comments
- Liaise with Civil Defense for fire safety approvals
- Maintain approval tracking database
- Support teams with authority requirements
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 3-6 years of UAE approvals experience
- Knowledge of Sharjah and Dubai Municipality requirements
- Experience with e-submission portals (DM, Sharjah)
- Strong documentation and organization skills
- Excellent Arabic and English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with Abu Dhabi UPC requirements
- Knowledge of SIRA and telecom approvals
- Civil defense approval experience
- Multiple emirates experience
