About This Role
Lead BIM implementation across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring seamless coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP models. Drive our digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage federated BIM models using Navisworks
- Perform clash detection and resolution coordination
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans
- Train team members on BIM software and workflows
- Coordinate model exchanges between disciplines
- Create 4D/5D simulations for project visualization
- Establish and enforce BIM standards
- Support digital delivery and handover processes
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 4-6 years of BIM coordination experience
- Expert proficiency in Revit (multi-discipline)
- Strong Navisworks skills for coordination
- Experience with BIM 360 or similar platforms
- Understanding of LOD and model requirements
Nice to Have
- Dynamo scripting knowledge
- ISO 19650 certification
- Experience with point cloud integration
- VR/AR visualization experience
